How do I pay for the Phoenix classes?
We use PaySubsOnline to manage our classes and payments. Payments can be made online or via cash or card at reception.
If your child is starting classes mid-term, the website will show pro-rata payment due.
Can my child attend a Trial/Taster Class?
Yes, we believe that all children should try a class before committing to the full term. A recreational trial class is £9 and a Pre School taster is £8
Where are your classes held?
Our gymnastics classes are held at our dedicated gym facility at SL4 5UJ and our trampoline classes are held at East Berkshire College, Langley SL3 8BY
Can parents watch?
Parents can watch regular classes through the viewing window or via cctv at Phoenix. We also have watching week once a term where parents can come and watch in the gym.
If your child has a specific condition that involves extra help or input you are welcome to stay.
Can I pay with childcare vouchers?
No we are afraid not we are not registered to take childcare vouchers.
Are your teachers qualified?
Yes, our teachers are qualified British Gymnastics coaches. They are DBS checked. We always have a trained First Aider present.
What is your Children to Coach ratio?
In gymnastics we aim to maintain a maximum ratio of 8:1 children to coach and 6:1 for Pre School.
Can we still join your classes after the term has started?
Yes, you can join mid-term as long as we have space for your child in the class. Just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01628 778881 and we will confirm the pro-rata fees for the rest of term. The website should show the remaining term fees.
What does my child wear for class?
Girls need to wear a leotard, leggings and a t-shirt or shorts and a t-shirt. Boys - shorts and t-shirt, or tracksuit bottoms and t-shirt. Bare feet. No jewellery can be worn and long hair must be tied up. Earrings must be removed prior to the class, or taped over. A child will not be able to take part in a class if wearing earrings.
